  • If you provide feedback via our post-contact survey, your results will be stored to help improve our service.
  • If you would like to help us by participating in our Consumer Insights or Product Reviews programs and providing valuable feedback on new and innovative products, we will collect your name and contact information.   • If you violate the terms of your payment agreement, the debt collection agency

How long do we retain your information?

We will only retain personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and for the purposes described in this policy, and as required by law, such as:
