- We can communicate with you by the method of your choice, including telephone, email and text messaging (SMS). Please note that standard message and data rates may apply when you use our text messaging services, as determined by your mobile carrier.
- No mobile information is shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text message sender opt-in data and consent; such information is not shared with any third party.
- If you provide feedback via our post-contact survey, your results will be stored to help improve our service.
- If you would like to help us by participating in our Consumer Insights or Product Reviews programs and providing valuable feedback on new and innovative products, we will collect your name and contact information. As part of these activities, we may also collect personal information about you, including your gender, age range, geographic location, household size, whether you have pets or children, and whether you use social media. - Logistics and transportation providers responsible for packaging, shipping, delivery and collection of products to and from your delivery/home address
- The Consumer Contact Center provides support to our consumers regarding our products and services
- Payment Service Providers

- Digital marketing providers who invite you to share reviews of our products or services after purchase
- If you violate the terms of your payment agreement, the debt collection agency
- We share data with companies that assist us with our marketing and analytics efforts, including social media platforms, ad networks, and ad technology companies. We may share email addresses or other contact information with social media platforms and partners so that they can serve our ads on their platforms. How long do we retain your information?

We will never contact you and ask for your password. We will not ask for your password if you contact our customer service team by phone, email or online chat. If someone asks you for your password, do not give it to us and let us know.

We are committed to ensuring that AI is used in a safe and responsible manner that respects privacy, confidentiality and your data protection rights. This commitment also applies to any AI we use on our behalf by third parties.
