Return Window
You may request a return and refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

Lace, tags, and protective nets must be intact and uncut

Items showing signs of use, wear, or modification cannot be refunded

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn wigs or custom-made wigs.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Clearance or final sale items

Customized or made-to-order wigs

Any wigs that have been worn, cut, or altered

How to Request a Return or Refund

Reason for the return

We will reply within 24 business hours with return instructions and the return shipping address.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Exchanges
We do not offer automatic exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order separately.
